The lease is asking for all sorts of reps and warranties as to the fact that these roads will not change, which obviously is an issue for us. We need to show them as much as is publicly known and have these uncertainties acknowledged by them. Are the Atlantic Avenue improvements finalized? Please send me what presentations, staff reports, or other plans that you have with respect to this work. I have the latest FDOT reports, which are vague, with respect to A1A I believe. Can you send us the latest that you have. Visibility Cumberland lease also imposes penalties, as a partial taking, if the visibility of their store or signage is somehow obstructed by a governmental entity. This brings into question the size and scope of the monument that Cape Canaveral is planning for the easement area that it is requesting from the property owners. This means that before finalizing the lease with Cumberland, or at least during their due diligence period (over the next 90 days) Cape Canaveral will need to come up with the size and scope of the monument so that Cumberland farms will know what generally will be constructed in front of the store.
