HomeMy WebLinkAboutHotel sewer tie-inJoyce and Jeff,
FYI –
I got a call from Mark Robbins (954.770.3022) with the Homewood Suites
hotel late this afternoon.
They are trying to tie-into our sewer this weekend.
He explained that there is a problem with the elevation of the sewer
lines.
The City line is approximately 14” higher than they expected. If they
tie in as is, their line will be approximately flat.
He said it appears to be related to different base elevations (NGVD)
used by Droor and Tetratech.
Not sure what the solution is going to be – just wanted you to be
aware.
