HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity of Cocoa Beach force main in the A1A ROWHi Mike,
Hope your holiday season is off to a great start!
I recently spoke with Richard Stubbs of the Daniel Corporation about
sewer availability to a parcel property they have under contract at the
north end of our City.
Currently, Cape Canaveral sewer doesn’t reach this parcel and we are
blocked by a property owner who refuses to grant an easement.
Richard said he had recently spoken with you and that there was a City
of Cocoa Beach force main in the A1A ROW on the east side of the road.
Can you confirm? If so, Daniel Corporation could pursue a connection
with Cocoa Beach at A1A. Our Public Works Department doesn’t have this
information and I have requested this information from Cocoa Beach with
no response.
Any help would be appreciated!
Thanks,
Todd
