The only item that stands out is the limitation on products that can be
sold: Paragraph G.6. I believe the one of the newer concepts in
convenience stores is to serve prepared warm and cold foods (sandwiches,
pizzas, meals to go), not just package foods. Perhaps you could make
this language a little more inclusive.
I may have further comments after further review.
