HomeMy WebLinkAboutRe BRB Property (6)David Having it included is our desire. Thank you for including in the upcoming changes. While the mitigation needed is obvious should we ever wish to develop this site, having it in the overlay could make it worth while when the port eventually develops their property adjacent. Mr. Greene asked that I get with you regarding the BRB property. If I understand the situation correctly, you are interested in having this piece included in the City’s EOOD Overlay. Not sure we need to meet for this to happen. I am currently processing a text amendment to the EOOD language and will propose that the boundary be expanded at the same time. Should be presented to the P&Z Board at its October 7th meeting. Then on to the Council for two readings. If I am missing something or you wish to talk further, please advise.
