HomeMy WebLinkAboutRE RevisedOption #2 was previously done – assumed gravity. This might be tough due to the number of utilities in the FDOT ROW – gravity might not work – might need force main and small lift station at new hotel. From: Todd Morley Sent: Monday, September 21, 2015 4:18 PM To: Jeff Ratliff <J.Ratliff@cityofcapecanaveral.org> Subject: FW: Revised Jeff, The prospective hotel group interested in the Cayer property is asking another question about the cost to develop the sewer line across the Homewood Suites property and up to the Cayer property – I know we already put this to bed, but they brought it back up because they are thinking about ponying up some money to make it happen. The attached quote you provided only takes it to A1A. About how much would it cost to get the sewer line all the way to the Cayer property? It’s about another 1300 ft. Please come up with an estimate to put a sewer line in place on the hotel property at the appropriate elevations that would connect at the west end and stub-end at A1A (stops there for now).
