Here’s a link to our existing Economic Opportunity Overlay District
(EOOD) regulations:

The goal is simply to capitalize on Port Canaveral’s growth.
I’ve attached last month’s approved ordinance which expanded the
Overlay. However, the expanded map didn’t cover the two parcels in
question – but there’s really no reason not to. Hermansen wants in.
We understand there are regulations that will need to be adhered to on
all the IITF land.
