Here is a link to last month’s approved ordinance which expanded the Overlay: https://www.municode.com/library/fl/cape_canaveral/codes/code_of_ordina nces When you get to the webpage, select Ordinance No. 07-2015. As we discussed, the expanded map didn’t cover the two parcels in question – but there’s really no reason not to. Hermansen wants in.
