HomeMy WebLinkAboutRE EOOD parcels (4)Scott,
Great to talk with you today.
Here’s a link to our existing Economic Opportunity Overlay District
(EOOD) regulations:
https://www.municode.com/library/fl/cape_canaveral/codes/code_of_ordina
nces?nodeId=SPBLADECO_CH110ZO_ARTXA1ECOPOVDI
The goal is simply to capitalize on Port Canaveral’s growth.
Here is a link to last month’s approved ordinance which expanded the
Overlay:

nces
When you get to the webpage, select Ordinance No. 07-2015.
As we discussed, the expanded map didn’t cover the two parcels in
question – but there’s really no reason not to. Hermansen wants in.
We understand there are regulations that will need to be adhered to on
all the IITF land.
Please let me know if you have any questions.
Thanks,
Todd

Hi Scott,
Do you have a few minutes for a phone call about these two parcels?
