HomeMy WebLinkAboutRE BRB Property (3)Hi Tom. Mr. Greene asked that I get with you regarding the BRB
property. If I understand the situation correctly, you are interested
in having this piece included in the City’s EOOD Overlay. Not sure we
need to meet for this to happen.
I am currently processing a text amendment to the EOOD language and
will propose that the boundary be expanded at the same time. Should be
presented to the P&Z Board at its October 7th meeting. Then on to the
Council for two readings.
If I am missing something or you wish to talk further, please advise.
Dave

Dave,
Please reach out to Tom and move this forward as quickly, as is
reasonably possible. If you need anything from me, let me know. Thanks.

David
I would like to see if I can get on your schedule to discuss this BRB
property on the west side of A1A.
If you could give me a few times that you are available, I would
appreciate it.
Regards,
Tom Hermansen
