Here are the numbers: Infrastructure contribution made by Homewood Suites Hotel to date: Value of Easement conveyed to the City (non-cash): $37,000 Infrastructure contributions due prior to issuance of C.O.: Sewer Impact Fee Assessment: $85,986.00 Sewer Tap Fee: $65.00 Initial promise of voluntary contribution: $50,000.00 July 2015 promise of additional voluntary contribution: $35,000.00 Total Additional Contributions due prior to C.O.
