HomeMy WebLinkAbout8000 Astronaut easementAll,
Tom Hermansen has been successfully working with Alan Beal and the
Crowder Trust Estate towards a redevelopment of 8000 Astronaut Blvd.
(see assemblage plot plan attached). It will likely be a Cumberland
Farms or a Wawa.
At the southern tip of this property, we need an easement for the
realignment of International Dr./City Streetscape/entrance
feature/sidewalk/landscaping/etc.
Both Tom and Alan have indicated they would support the easement as
part the redevelopment project.
That tells me the Trust will likely want to condition the grant of
easement to the execution of the new lease.
Alan Beal today suggested that we move forward with this sooner rather
than later.
Once the lease is signed with the new tenant it will be much more
difficult to obtain.
Who has the latest on this? – we need to move this forward.
Thanks,
Todd
