It may help if we understood the requirements for the sewer extension.
Initially, our response was based on your 3 options as well as David
Dickey’s feedback: ” Joyce & Jeff – please let me know what I can do to
assist. This opportunity to get a wastewater line up the Astronaut
Blvd. right-of-way is extremely important for the continued development
of this area of the City. “
As you know, I am customer driven…:) And I think in this case, you and
the City Staff are the customers

Subject: Sewer extension
Good Morning Joyce and Jeff,
Talking with David and Dave this morning we decided that taking the LS6
route to the west through the hotel property is not the best option. I
would like to discuss with both of you the status of the Cayer property,
the other options and get some answers about pros and cons of the
routes, gravity vs. pressurized as well as get an understanding about
how the Port connects to Cocoa Beach.
When is a good time for us to meet?
