HomeMy WebLinkAboutHermansen BRB parcel in the overlayDave, I shared some thoughts with DG about this today. Here’s a way we could include the Hermansen BRB parcel in the overlay without it being an island: I looked at the parcel today and viewed some bird’s eye aerials. Depending on the height and intensity of the Port’s future development of the area west of the overpass (immediately north of the Hermansen BRB parcel) this could work in the overlay. I’m also thinking about the property west and south of the Hermansen parcel (protected IITF land), leveraging the development of an elevated boardwalk nature trail constructed throughout (which we are allowed to have) as a public Conservation/Park/Education amenity.
