The attached form represents the estimated time/costs so far. In order for Staff to proceed, please submit the required deposit of $200.00. PLEASE NOTE: The more precisely you can identify the records you seek, the more responsive the City can be. This will minimize the cost to you as well as the time involved to process the request. You may also choose to receive these records online electronically via a Public Records Request folder that you could access in the City’s Laserfiche Weblink records portal. This could reduce the fee required to process the request. Upon receipt of the deposit, the request will be processed to determine the overall estimated amount of time to locate, retrieve, redact exempt information and refile the records. If it exceeds the $200.00 deposit, payment of the additional amount shall be required prior to inspection or copying of the records. You will be notified of same.
