He indicated to me that he is looking for Specifications Only for Bldg. #3 and #8 of Puerto Del Rio Condominiums. Please proceed to: 1. Order the boxes you need from storage. 2. Mike and you may review/identify the records you believe corresponds to his request 3. Email to him and Ms. Mann the Estimate of copying and clerical review charges, 4. Call him at 321-452-4552 to come your offices and review/identify the records with you that he needs copies of If you have questions, please let me know. Hi Mia, After reviewing our records in Laserfiche and the Offsite Inventory spreadsheet, I determined: * BLDG 7 (8935 Puerto Del Rio Dr) construction plans are Laserfiche. As to what type of plans, I would need to review with Mike (the plans are very faded). However, there are plans Offsite in box 823. * BLDG 8 (8934 Puerto Del Rio Dr) no construction plans are located in Laserfiche. However, there are plans Offsite in box 761. * BLDG 3 (8984 Puerto Del Rio Dr) no construction plans are located in Laserfiche. However, there are plans Offsite in box 614 & 758. * BLDG 1 (8954 Puerto Del Rio Dr) no construction plans are located in Laserfiche. However, there are plans Offsite in box 758. * BLDG 10 (8914 Puerto Del Rio Dr) no construction plans are located in Laserfiche. However, there are plans Offsite in box 959. There is an Offsite box 616 & 971 for Construction Plans that does not specify which building. I would require Mike’s assistance in reviewing these boxes, which needs to be considered. Hi Karen, As we discussed a few minutes ago, this is the Public Records Request you determined could be a rather large, time-consuming effort. Not being completely familiar with the Community Development Departments records, this may or may not involve charging the requestor a fee. You will need to determine: 1. Where do the records currently exist - Onsite and/or Offsite? 2. What format are they in - Electronic and/or Paper? Once you can answer these questions, then we can better assist the requestor: 1. Letting them know the approximate length of time it will take to retrieve the records 2. Letting them know the approximate fee/s should there be any Let me know what you and your department find out and then I can respond to the requestor.
