HomeMy WebLinkAboutDensity Calculations for Puerto Del RioHi Dave,
I just received additional correspondence from the Association to
review.
I attached a plot plan that shows the site (done by Stottler Stagg) .
The original approved site plan was for the following bldgs. in Phase
1:
1-A Bldgs. #2 and #3
1-B Bldgs. #4 and #5 (32 additional units)
1-C Bldgs. #1, #6, and #7
1-D Bldgs.#8 and #9
1-E Bldgs. #10 and #11
The sub-phases were being recorded as they were being constructed.
Since Bldgs,#4 and #5 were not built at the time, this sub-phase was
not
recorded into the Association. The only reason that the other unbuilt
bldgs.
were recorded is because they were part of a sub-phase with other
bldgs.
that were being built out at that time.
The original approved site plan (done by Bussen Mayer) has all the
bldgs.
shown as part of the planned site build-out.
Both lawyers are only looking at recorded phases and that is why the
density count is incorrect.
Phase 1-B bldgs.#4 and #5 are still part of the site to be built out
(an additional 32 units).
Thank you for any help you can give in conveying this information.
