HomeMy WebLinkAboutRe 8934 Puerto Del Rio Dr Garage DoorThank you Mike. I'm not trying to make work for you. If you recommended it to our association in the past, that's good enough. I appreciate it. There are things that seem to be coming out through investigation. Thanks, Jay Petty In a message dated 5/12/2017 8:24:30 A.M. I am a one man show this week and may not have time to research the requirement for the sign, but will look into it next week. I did recommend to the association that they install the signs for possible liability reasons. I know that these were reviewed inspected and issued CO’s and would like to think that all codes were met. I will research this next week and provide more information. In the continuing saga of the door, is there any requirement for signs or warnings to be posted regarding entry height, or clearance to the garage? This gets a little confusing since I think we are considered residential vs. commercial. The door opener we have is commercial since it is "heavier duty" and the door is heavy. Hopefully we get this finalized soon. Thanks, Jay Petty Florida has a very broad public records law.
