It's appreciated. We have the "transfer of road" from Puerto Del Rio to the City of Cape Canaveral in progress which has been delayed many times. The last delay, which is in progress now, is due to the "Non-Conforming Density Ordinance". Considering the "transfer of road" to the City of Cape Canaveral, we have documents resident at the City which could be considered for the determination of "Non-Conforming Density Ordinance". Are there additional documents necessary? Thank you, Jay Petty In a message dated 7/5/2017 8:45:40 A.M.
