HomeMy WebLinkAboutPermitsHello Mike, In the continuing reconstruction of Unit 402 at 8934 Puerto Del Rio Dr., after the water mishap in the unit, Mr. Bobinski has repairs. He has said that the city told him that his permits, previously obtained, are valid until his completion of repairs. I had understood that the inspections were already completed. However, I understand that he has, after having installed a shower pan during initial reconstruction before the water intrusion, gone back and taken one out and proceeded to do alteration and install again. Does that require more permit/inspection action? Sorry to have to come back again, but I need to understand status of the situation. Thank you, Jay Petty Florida has a very broad public records law.
