HomeMy WebLinkAboutRe 8934 Puerto Del Rio Dr Unit 402Good morning Brian, thank you for your reply. Since he has the unit
spray painted it will be difficult in some ways to identify closed
walls. However, he does have a lot of plumbing to complete and
electrical work already done. Will that have to be opened and the closet
at the entry moved or removed? I realize that I might be getting picky
trying to assure building safety, but I am truly concerned; or is that
what you mean by having to "complete all inspections up to where he is
now"?
Thank you,
Jay Petty

Subject: 8934 Puerto Del Rio Dr. Unit 402
Hello Brian,
I appreciate the information and the attention paid to the
situation by you and the City. Mr. Bobinski's permits "applied for" are
a positive step.
However, I have concern regarding the work already accomplished
in the unit by his workers. There has been construction, electrical work
and plumbing performed. Will that be inspected prior to his
continuation of any work? Will his additional work be inspected?
It seems, based on his desire to keep you out of the unit, he
does not want work to be seen. It may be that it really should be
inspected prior to re-start. The sprinkler situation in the front hall
is only one example. As in the front hall, other electrical work has
been done and much plumbing has been removed.
I appreciate any action you can take to help ensure the
integrity of our buildings and the professionalism of work done.
Thank you,
Jay Petty
