Subject: 8934 Puerto Del Rio Dr. Unit 402
Hello Brian,
I appreciate the information and the attention paid to the situation by
you and the City. Mr. Bobinski's permits "applied for" are a positive
step.
However, I have concern regarding the work already accomplished in the
unit by his workers. There has been construction, electrical work and
plumbing performed. Will that be inspected prior to his continuation of
any work? Will his additional work be inspected?
It seems, based on his desire to keep you out of the unit, he does not
want work to be seen. It may be that it really should be inspected
prior to re-start. The sprinkler situation in the front hall is only one
example. As in the front hall, other electrical work has been done and
much plumbing has been removed.
I appreciate any action you can take to help ensure the integrity of
our buildings and the professionalism of work done.
Thank you,
Jay Petty
