The City of Cape Canaveral will be hosting the Annual Sea Oats Planting Project on this Saturday, February 4, 2017 at Cherie Down Park. Volunteers are needed at 9:00 AM to help plant 7,200 sea oats along the beach to further stabilize our beautiful and natural dunes. The City will provide all necessary planting supplies and refreshments will be available for volunteers during/after completion of planting activities. Please spread the word to friends and neighbors, and come out to support this important community/environmental project! To help us spread the word, I am attaching a 8.5x11 flyer.
