The City of Cape Canaveral will be hosting the Annual Sea Oats Planting
Project on this Saturday, February 4, 2017 at Cherie Down Park.
Volunteers are needed at 9:00 AM to help plant 7,200 sea oats along the
beach to further stabilize our beautiful and natural dunes. The City
will provide all necessary planting supplies and refreshments will be
available for volunteers during/after completion of planting activities.
Please spread the word to friends and neighbors, and come out to support
this important community/environmental project! To help us spread the
word, I am attaching a 8.5x11 flyer. Please post where you feel it will
get the most visibility. For more information, call the Public Works
Services Department at (321) 868-1240 or email me with your questions.
Have a GREAT Day!
