There have been no changes. The Code will be enforced as appropriate.

Mr. Greene; I notice you may not of been copied on this note to Mia.
This is a disappointing way for our candidates' to begin. Have any of
our sign ordinances changed for this election year? Or is one of them
reading an out of date reference? Thanks, Rocky

Subject: Wes Morrison's Putting His Campaign Signs up Two Weeks Early
One of our residents came to me after 10:15 Mass today at Our Saviour's
Church. I have never seen this gentleman so upset since I've known him.
He told me Wes Morrison erected his political signs two weeks ahead of
their assigned date for the Nov. 7 election. According to the
Regulations for Temporary Signs in the city, these signs should be
placed 30 days prior to the Election Day. If my calculations are
correct, October 7 would be the appointed time to erect these signs.
What is the penalty for disregarding these regulations? Will the Code
Enforcement staff of our city enforce this rule? If a candidate cannot
abide by the Election regulations, how can he operate on the City
Council within the framework of our government and all of our
ordinances???? Angela Raymond
