Dear Ms. Lewis:
This letter shall serve as notification of approval of Variance 2017-01 related to Parcel ID
#24371428*A.
On March 2,2017, after a duly noticed public hearing,the Board of Adjustment approved the
requested variance for a 25-foot front yard setback and to allow a 58.4-foot lot depth.
Be advised that Section 110-32 of City Code states this approval will expire after 12 months
unless a building permit for construction of the principal structure is issued or a written request
for a time extension be granted by the City Manager or designee.
