As we discussed, attached is a Pre-Hearing Settlement Agreement
for the tree violation. Please review and provide comments. If
acceptable, please proceed with execution of the Agreement and finalize
the payment of the stipulated penalties. If all goes well and payment
received, the City can dismiss the case.
If you have any questions, please call me. Otherwise, please
keep me apprized.
