My apologies for the delay in providing the attached. I just spoke to
Community Development Director David Dickey and he will forwarding more
emails to you that his department gathered from Mr. Lennon after the
initial Appeal request.
Additionally, my office of the City Clerk is building an “Oak Lane”
folder full of records requested by Mr. Lennon and others in the City’s
Laserfiche records portal online. You may access them here:
http://www.cityofcapecanaveral.org/public_records, accepting the Public
Records Statement and going to the folder Public Records Requests/Oak
Lane.

As discussed yesterday, City Staff has reviewed applicable files and
has not found evidence where a similar variance to that currently being
considered on Oak Lane has been considered by the Board of Adjustment or
City Council.
