Good afternoon all,
I know I have already forwarded the Public Records Request below
to most of you. However, I need each of you to respond to me via email
that you have provided records that are related to this request to the
City Clerk's Office or you have already placed them into the Common Docs
Directory under Public Records Requests/2016/Oak Lane.
For those of you who have not forwarded records yet, please call
me. If you have no records at all, including emails, please let me know
via email.
Thank you.

Dear Ms. Goforth:
Thank you so much for all these documents. I have found them on
the city website , but did have trouble opening them. I have a Mac, so
maybe that was the problem. I have asked a friend for help and that has
been successful.
Now that I see these, I request a few additional documents .
1. I would like to have any records identified in the email
with the subject line “Oak Lane potential exhibits for hearing.”
2. I request any and all surveys, site plans, and or boundary
surveys for any property abutting Oak Lane.
3. I request any and all records relating to the lot at the end
of the road, the three-acre one currently for sale.
4. I request any communications to or from Don Haynes. I am
particularly interested in meetings he may have had with the city
engineer and any documents about easements.
Again, it would be fine to receive these in email. I would
prefer that you use something other than .msg since I cannot open them
myself.
Thank you again for your help and for all those in the city who
helped as well.
Sincerely,
Kathryn

The apparent boundary lines were used for this project. This effort only
includes existing City right-of-way as indicated by a review of recorded
property deeds. This does not include the expansion of the existing Oak
Lane right-of-way.
