This is to Certify That:
Michael R. Brown
having been duly elected to the Office of City Council on the 8th day of November
A.D., 2016, in and for the City of Cape Canaveral, in the County of Brevard, and
State of Florida, to have and to hold said Office for a term of Three (3) Years, from
the election in November 2016 to the election in November 2019, is hereby
commissioned and invested with the authority to assume and perform all duties of
said Office according to Law and the Ordinances of said City.
F.S. 102.155 Certificate of election. — The supervisor shall give to any person the
election of whom is certified by the county canvassing board a certificate of the
person's election. The Department of State shall give to any person the election of
whom is certified by the state canvassing board a certificate of the person's election.
The certificate of election which is issued to any person shall be prima facie evidence
of the election of such person.

Canaveral, Florida, and the Corporate
Seal thereof affixed this 18th day of
November A.D., 2016.
