HomeMy WebLinkAboutYour availability for a Public Hearing re Variance Appeal Mon 10 24 16 9a-3pGood morning Mr. Dismore, This is a follow-up to the voicemail message I just left for you a few minutes ago. Are you available for a Public Hearing before an independent Hearing Officer to consider the appeal to Variance No. 2016-02 and make recommendations to the City Council. We are targeting Monday, October 24th in the Library Meeting Room at 201 Polk Ave. (same venue as City Council Meetings) from 9a – 3p. The action to authorize City Manager David L. Greene to engage a Hearing Officer was voted for unanimously by the City Council at the Special City Council Meeting of September 6th. As I said over the phone, we are trying to get confirmation from the Library as well as all other parties involved. At this time, I do not have complete information to share regarding what you will need to provide, but that will be forthcoming. Please respond at your earliest convenience. Thank you.
