Garganese Sent: Friday, September 02, 2016 10:08 AM To: John Pekar (johnpekarpe@gmail.com <mailto:johnpekarpe@gmail.com> ) Subject: Oak Lane Survey Importance: High John, Per our discussion this morning, can you or the surveyor in your office review these two surveys and confirm my observation that both surveys (Walker and Riehl Reliable) reflect the same south bearing line for the Oak Lane ROW. As you aware, the City has an individual, Bernie Lennon, who seems to be implying, at the very least, that the Riehl Reliable survey more accurately describes the location of Oak Lane. To me, both surveys indicate the same south bearing line for Oak Lane. In addition, are any of the old ROW markers for Oak Lane depicted on these surveys? Thanks for your help. Anthony PS Please disregard the yellow highlights. Those were made when we were trying to ascertain the difference in the side lot boundary that was also at issue regarding the variance request.
