Also, I'm confused about the separate notices to Lee and Dinsmore. Who is Sheropa, LLC? I think the notices need to be sent to the name of the applicant and property owner. Are they
one and the same? Is it just Pat Lee and/or Disnmore? I just referenced Sheropa, LLC in both letters.
