HomeMy WebLinkAbout123 Oak Ln Fence Permit ApplicationHi Kim, Michael German requested I forward to you a fence permit application that was submitted to the Building Department on 04-29-16 for property located at 123 Oak Ln. I attached all documents received so far in regards to this permit (Permit Application, Owner Builder Affidavit, Survey). A gentleman named Tim requested the permit, however, I advised the permit application and owner builder affidavit form must be signed by the property owner. Tim advised his girlfriend, Suzanne M. Turner, was the property owner. However, Brevard county Property Appraiser’s website shows the current owner as Gerry Beecher, Trustee. Therefore, I contacted Tim (#321-408-2077) and requested proof of ownership. He advised Suzanne had recently closed on the property and used a title company. I requested proof of ownership and I am currently waiting for him to provide this. At a later point in time, Pat Lee came into the office and requested Gerry Beecher’s phone number, as he is trying to make contact with him regarding the property. We do not have Gerry’s phone number, however, we did provide him Suzanne’s phone number (#321-799-4437). Pat Lee said he would contract Suzanne to see if she knew how to reach Gerry. Please let me know if I can further assist you on this pending permit.
