Hi Ron. We are still on for next Thursday evening (6:00 pm at
the Library) for the special exception hearing with the Board of
Adjustment. However, I need to have you get the property owner (Patrick
Lee) to sign the application. I was going over the application and
found that page was left blank. We will go ahead with everything…but I
need to have that signed before the meeting. If you stop by the office
I will get you a copy of the page. Thanks. Dave

Good morning Ron. Still waiting for the application to modify
the SE for the properties on Oak Lane. The Code requires a complete
application 30 days prior to the BOA meeting; which is scheduled for
May 22nd. The 30 days is required so we can get the required notices
mailed out and also so we can distribute the application to the
reviewing departments and incorporate any comments they may have into
our staff reports. We are 17 days away from the meeting date, have not
received anything from you and cannot meet our deadlines to make the May
meeting. Please let me know the status of your application and when you
think you will have it ready for submittal. I will do everything I can
to quickly schedule a BOA meeting once you submit. The next possible
meeting date is June 12th. Thanks. Dave
