There are a handful of comments remaining to be addressed from the
Building Code side before the permit can be issued.
He has those comments.
The stormwater design needs to be approved by the City Engineer prior
to permit issuance, because we don’t have a plan yet.
The fire hydrant issue was agreed to be put off until the first CO
because we do have a plan for it.

Todd – Ron Abeles called and had a question regarding the timing of the
BP’s for Oak Lane. My impression of yesterday’s meeting was that the
BP’s could be issued, but a CO would not be released until the
stormwater drainage improvements were installed and approved. Is this
correct? Dave
