missed most of - I have attached a memo from John Pekar, the City
Engineer, that provides a summary of what was agreed to. Regarding your
question about the timing of the Building Permits, the site plan
(referenced in John’s memo) will need to be submitted and approved prior
to the issuance of the BP’s. In addition, there are a number of
comments generated by our Building Division during its review of the
house plans that will also need to be addressed. Let me know if you
