Dear Mr. Dismore, As per City of Cape Canaveral Code of Ordinances, Chapter 110, Section 110-28, you are hereby notified that an Independent Hearing Officer will conduct an evidentiary hearing regarding an appeal, filed pursuant to Section 110-33 of the City Code, contesting the City Board of Adjustment's approval of Variance No. 16-02 to allow a four (4) foot setback from the adjacent residential lot line, rather than the eight (8) feet required by Section l 10-297(a)(2), City Code for property at 127 Oak Lane.
