1. General Notes
• 415 The 2" water line is 4" in this area.
• #20 Compact to a minimum of 98% ASHTO T180.
• #5 Should read "planted small trees (msp.)"
Still have computer vertical row "print line" problem through notes; missing letters.
2. Sheet C-3
• Left out grade breaks and elevations. (Also on Sheet C-4).
• Need to add 4" pvc sleeves for future City irrigation.
• Add a 4" sleeve, 2' outside of flat curb on north and 1.5' outside of sidewalk on south, at
Stas. 1+00, 2+00, 4+50; total of 3 pvc sleeves.
• Need a "box" listing the stations for each stormwater inlet box or just station each inlet.
• Need to check last house on south side of Oak Lane; is it's finished floor slab 12" above
edge of road grade? I believe you have house elevations in data files.
3. Sheet C-5
• Show stations of manhole structures within easement.
• Need to station outfall of 19" x 30" culvert system. Were we going to show station
equation at inlet box #5?.
4. Sheet C-6
• Check stationing of cross section in drainage easement. Is it 4+69?
• On cul-de-sac cross section, aren't we filling more of cul-de-sac? Check road profile.
• Cross sections 2+60 and 4+30 seem to present grading problems with south property line.
Do we need temporary lot grading easement outside of right of way for these areas or can
we match existing ground? We can't grade over open inlet boxes.
