each jurisdiction within Brevard County. Attached are the series of
approval letters from the Florida Division of Emergency Management

each jurisdiction in Brevard County is eligible to apply through the
State for the following mitigation grant programs administered by the
FEMA:
* Hazard Mitigation Grant Program (HMGP)

* Flood Mitigation Assistance (FMA)
National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP) participation is required for
some programs.
Below is a link to the approved version of the 2015 LMS with each
jurisdiction’s resolution, dated November 5, 2015. The next due date
for a revision is August 28, 2020, however this is a living document and
revisions may be needed post disaster. With that in mind, I have
attached the excel spreadsheets for the projects and policies so you can
update as these items change and resubmit as appropriate. If you want a
copy on a CD please let us know.
