Motion to Approve: Ordinance No. 16-2004; Amending Chapter 102, Entitled Vegetation; Providing for the Adoption of the Florida Noxious Weed and Invasive Plant List, at first reading. 6. Motion to Approve: Ordinance No. 17-2004; Amending Chapter 26, Elections; Exempting the City from the Provisions of Section 101.657, Florida Statutes, Regarding Early Voting by Creating a New Section 26-04 Entitled "Early Voting Exemption", at first reading. 7. Motion to Approve: Ordinance No. 18-2004; Amending Chapter 2, Article V, Entitled Finance; Establishing a New Section 2-207, Entitled Personal Property Control, at first reading. REPORTS: 1. The City Council will not take any action under the "Audience To Be Heard" section of the agenda. The Council may schedule such items as regular agenda items and act upon them in the future.
