A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF COCOA BEACH AND CITY OF CPAE CANAVERAL, FLORIDA ADDRESSING THE STATE OF FLORIDA'S DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION, PROPOSED RECLASSIFICATION OF WATERS TO PERMIT COMMERCIAL CLAMNO NG IN AREAS WITHIN AND ADJACENT TO THE CITY OF COCOA BEACH AND THE CITY OF CAPE CANAVERAL, FLORIDA. City Manager's Report AUDIENCE TO BE HEARD: Continents will be heard on items that do not appear on the agenda of this meeting. Citizens will limit their comments to five (5) minutes. The City Council will not take any action under the "Audience To Be Heard" section of the agenda. The Council may schedule such items as regular agenda items and act upon them in the future.
