Ordinance No. 04-93, Amending City's Code of Ordinances by Repealing Chapter 723, entitled "Special Occupational Permits" and Renaming Chapter 723 as "Solicitors, Peddlers and Itinerant Merchants", for second and final reading. 2. Resolution No. 93-09, Supporting the Brevard County Board of County Commissioners Application Process of Applying for Federal Anti -Drug Abuse Funds. 4. Ordinance No. 10-93, Amending City's Code of Ordinances, Chapter 668, Floodplain Protection, for first reading. 5. Ordinance No. 11-93, Repealing and Re-enacting Section 2 of the Charter of the City of Cape Canaveral to Revise and Restate the Description of the Boundary of the City of Cape Canaveral, for first reading. 6. Discussion Re: Adopt -a -Roadway Program. 7. Discussion Re: Visit by Officials from Kloten/Zuerich, Switzerland. 8. Discussion & Motion Re: Appointing a Representative to attend the Sand Bypass Review Conference on May 26, 1993, at the Army Corps of Engineer's District Office in Jacksonville. 9. DISCUSSION: ADJOURNMENT• If any person decides to appeal any decision made by the City Council with respect to any matter considered at this meeting, he/she will need a record of the proceedings, and for such purpose he/she may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based (FS 286.0105).
