Ordinance No. 25-94, Amending City's Code of Ordinances, Chapter 70, Taxation, by repealing and reenacting Article III, Occupational License Tax, for first reading. 2. Ordinance No. 21-94, Amending City's Code of Ordinances, Creating Section 39-3, Fire Inspectors designated as City Code Enforcement Inspectors to enforce Fire Safety Codes, for first reading. 3. Discussion & Motion Re: Ordinance No. 24-94, Amending City's Code of Ordinances, Article III, Service Rates, Deposits and Billing Procedures of Chapter 78, Utilities, for first reading. 6. Discussion & Motion Re: Ordinance No. 26-94, Scheduling a Referendum Election for the purpose of presenting an ad valorem tax not to exceed 1.0 mill for police protection, for first reading. 7. Discussion & Motion Re: Ordinance No. 27-94, Scheduling a Referendum Election for the purpose of presenting an ad valorem tax not to exceed 0.5 mil for fire/rescue services, for first reading. 8. Discussion & Motion Re: Ordinance No. 28-94, Amending City's Code of Ordinances, to provide for the preservation of trees with a diameter at breast height (dbh) of over four (4) inches, for first reading. 9. DISCUSSION: ADJOURNMENT: If any person decides to appeal any decision made by the City Council with respect to any matter considered at this meeting, he/she will need a record of the proceedings, and for such purpose he/she may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based (FS 286.0105).
