Motion to Approve: Regular City Council Meeting Minutes of September 19, 1995. 2. Interview: Paula Collins, Board of Adjustment RESOLUTIONS: 3. Res. No. 95-42: Approving two appointments to the Board of Adjustment, inserting the name Hank Lemerise as a regular member, and inserting the name Paula Collins as 2nd alternate member. 4. Res. No. 95-43: Approving two appointments to the Commercial Development Board, inserting the names, Gabriella Cahaley and Bertie Edwards 5. Res. No. 95-44: Approving appointments to the Planning and Zoning Board, inserting the names Donald Bergen as a regular member, Dr. John Fredrickson as 1st alternate member and Constance McKone as 2nd alternate member. NEW BUSINESS: 6. Motion to Approve: Agreement with the International Union of Operating Engineers (Local 673, AFL-CIO) for 2.9% Cost of Living increase, consistent with the City's Employee increase effective October 1, 1995. 7. Motion to Approve: Closing the first block of Taylor Avenue to motor vehicles from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. on October 31, 1995 for the Recreation Department's planned "Haunted Forest" in the areas of the Recreation Center and Xeriscape Park. 8.
