1. Regular City Council Meeting Minutes of June 29, 1995.
2. Bray, Beck & Koetter Audit Services Contract
3. Regular Workshop Meetings of 7/28; 8/10, 8/31; 9/14 and 9/28 as a pilot to consider
restructuring workshop meetings.
4. The Commercial Redevelopment Plan submitted by the Commercial Redevelopment Board
5. Lloyd's Restaurant request to finance Sewer Impact Fees
6. Authorization to expend $210,363.75 of Sewer Expansion Funds for the construction of a
