2. Contract for full time construction management service with Hartman & Associates, Inc., in the
amount of$72,000 (WWTP expansion)
3. Cooperative Purchase to Madsen/Barr Corporation for sewer sliplining (WWTP expansion).
4. Authorization for the Mayor to execute an E.A.R. Asstistance Program Contract, in the amount
of$14,069
RESOLUTIONS
5. Resolution No. 95-26: Wastewater Treatment Plant Expansion: Amendment 1 to the City's State
Revolving Fund loan agreement; providing an additional completion loan of $1,718,000 and
adjusting the semiannual loan payment.
6. Resolution No. 95-27: Southern Bell Franchise Agreement; extending the expiration date of the
agreement from August 3, 1995 to October 2, 1995.
