4. Motion to Approve: the Landscape Contract Services Renewal with Nick's Lawn Service, Inc.
at a cost of$58,318 per year
5. Motion to Approve: Authorizing the Mayor to execute an FDEP Recreation Grant Contract, (non-
match) of $50,000 for a new Ball Field Lighting System, Restroom Upgrades and Bike Way
6. Health Insurance:
