Motion to Approve: Regular City Council Meeting Minutes of August 15, 1995. 2. Motion to Approve: Resident Inspection Services for the WWTP Improvement Project 3. Motion to Approve: Wastewater Treatment Permit Fees 4. Motion to Approve: the Landscape Contract Services Renewal with Nick's Lawn Service, Inc. at a cost of$58,318 per year 5. Motion to Approve: Authorizing the Mayor to execute an FDEP Recreation Grant Contract, (non- match) of $50,000 for a new Ball Field Lighting System, Restroom Upgrades and Bike Way 6. Motion to Approve: Ordinance No. 24-95 for second reading, Southern Bell Telephone Franchise 10. Motion to Approve: Ordinance No. 25-95 for second reading, Amending Chapter 38, Article II, Fire Protection Codes 11. Motion to Approve: Ordinance No. 13-95, M-1 Zoning, Special Exceptions Allowed NEW BUSINESS REPORTS City Manager • Hurricane Erin clean up costs; damage to City facilities, homes and businesses ADJOURNMENT: If any person decides to appeal any decision made by the City Council with respect to any matter considered at this meeting, he/she will need a record of the proceedings, and for such purpose he/she may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based (FS 286.0105).
