Motion to Authorize: Letting for bid, publishing of the book, "The History of the City of Cape Canaveral and the Cape Canaveral Area" INTERVIEWS: 5. Recreation Board: Richard R. Thurm and Wallace Homer RESOLUTIONS: 6. Res. No. 95-46: Approving appointments to the Recreation Board. 7. Res. No. 95-47: Approving one appointment as Regular Member to the Code Enforcement Board. 8. Res. Motion to Approve: Ord.No. 26-95: Amending Section 2-58, Workshop Meetings, to Eliminate City Council Workshop Meetings for second reading.NEW BUSINESS: 12. Motion to Approve: Combining/Deferring the Tuesday, November 7 meeting to Thursday, November 9 to facilitate canvassing the election returns as required by the Charter, Article XXI, Sec. 9.
