Eliminate City Council Workshop Meetings for second reading.NEW

12. Motion to Approve: Combining/Deferring the Tuesday, November 7 meeting to Thursday,
November 9 to facilitate canvassing the election returns as required by
the Charter, Article XXI, Sec. 9.
