Motion to Adopt: Resolution No. 96-14, Re-Appointing Hank Lemerise to the Construction Board of Appeals with a term to expire on December 15, 1997. 3. Motion to Adopt: Resolution No. 96-15, Appointing one regular member to the Commercial Development Board with a term to expire on June 1, 1998, inserting the name 4. Motion to Adopt: Resolution No. 96-16, Appointing one regular member to the Beautification Board with a term to expire on November 1, 1997, inserting the name ; and appointing one alternate member with a term to expire on November 1, 1996, inserting the name 5. Motion to Adopt: Resolution No. 96-17, Appointing two regular members to the Community Appearance Board with terms to expire on May 1, 1999, inserting the names and appointing two regular members with terms to expire on May 1, 1998, inserting the names and ; and appointing on regular member with a term to expire on May 1, 1997, inserting the name CONSIDERATIONS: 6. Motion to Approve: Agreement with Brevard County, providing $21,000 for City Recreation Improvements 7. Motion to Approve: West Central Boulevard Sidewalk Project 8. Motion to Approve: Florida Communities Trust-Conceptual Approval Agreement for the P2000 Grant DISCUSSION• 9. Columbia Drive Neighborhood Park REPORTS 10. City Manager's Report. ADJOURNMENT: If any person decides to appeal any decision made by the City Council with respect to any matter considered at this meeting, he/she will need a record of the proceedings, and for such purpose he/she may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based (FS 286.0105).
