Cape Canaveral, Florida, on the 17th . day of August at 7 :45 P.11., 1965.
The meeting wan called to order by Mayor 71mrn and the roll
was called by the Deputy Clerk. Officials,, present were: Mayor
Richard R. Thum, Councilmen:. Frank Roca, Jack Rurok, Martin Sahrider,
City '-!anger d. A. Rickards, City Attorney T. David Burns, Deputy Cit7
Clerk Anita J. Ostrom, Sergeant -At -Arms L. W. Nichols.
The Minutes of the Regular '.'acting of August 3, 1005 were
read by the Deputy Clark and approved with the addition of City 'larager

eeconded by fir. llurok, it wan unanimously agreed to place the matter on
the agenda at thin time na:
Item 5. Mr. Hurck made ,a motion an folloun. The Mayor in authorined and
dtracted, L*h approval of the City dlanager, to execute on behalf of the
City, upon recommendation by Briley, Gild & Aveoaiateu, any Change Order.,
necessary for the oo�letion of the Sewer Project, '.!r. Hoeg seconded the
motion and it carried unanimously.

uaa adjourned at 8:30 p.m. on a motion by Mr. JJurek, seconded. by Mr. Roog
and carried unanimously.

Jack Rurck, Martin Sohrider, City Manager J. A. Rickards, City Attornoy
T. David Burns, Deputy Clark Anita J. Ostrom..

aa:!or Thum" stated that Mr. Allen Nigley, Attorney for mdr. Joyce, had
requested that thin item be tabled in order that his Client be able to
appear before the Council. On a motion by Mr. Rurck, accondad km Mr. Roo;
and carried unanimously, the item was tabled until the nest Regular Coune:a

Item 2. !!ariani request in ro Asphalt Plant.
!layor Thum read a latter from Mariani Company and a letter from the
City of Tampa, Florida dated July 27, 1005 regarding operation of an
Asphalt Plant. A. diocusoion was field and Mr. Moog made a motion to table
the item for an indefinite period. Ir. Rurck seconded the motion and
it carried with Mr. Roog and Mr. !lrck in favor and !!r. Schrider voting
against the motion.
There being no other items before the Board of Adjustmont,
a motion mxn roads by Mr. Iturck, seconded by Mr. Roog and carried unanimaunlr
to adjourn the meeting at 0:04 p.m,
